A Service
When
If you just purchased a brand new Mercedes, you’ll need your first A Service at about 10,000 miles or after 1 year of driving. The vehicle’s onboard Flexible Service System will track the information to determine when you need service. After the initial service, A Service is recommended every 20,000 miles or 2 years.
What
During a Mercedes A Service, our technicians perform the following recommended services to protect the vehicle’s performance and value.
- Synthetic Motor Oil Change & Oil Filter Replacement
- Fluid Level Checks & Corrections
- Tire Inflation Check & Correction
- Brake Inspection
B Service
When
The first B Service is recommended at about 20,000 miles or 1 year after the previous service. From there, the Flexible Service System will track maintenance intervals, which are typically at every 20,000 miles or 2 years for models year 2009 and newer.
